The surname Natterville was first found in London where John le Nettere was listed in 1298. Later, Christina Netter was listed as holding lands at Colchester, Essex in 1367. In Yorkshire, we found William Nethirde in the Subsidy Rolls for 1301 and later again, Thomas le Nethurd was found in Nottingham in 1353. 1
