Early Notables of the Frigault family

N. Frigot, born in Valognes (Manche) in 1712, who became Councillor to the bailiwick of this town. He is known for having prepared, with a commentary, an edition of the dress of Normandy, which was published in 1779, five years after his death. François-Marie Frigot, his brother, was a poet and archaeologist born in Negreville (Manche) in 1700, and was author of a book about findings of monstrous fish on the coast of Cotentin.
