Migration of the Wisor family
Some of the first settlers of this family name or some of its variants were: Johan Cond Wiser, who emigrated from the Palatinate to New York in 1711; David Wiser, who was naturalized in Philadelphia in 1743; Christoph Weiser and his wife Elisabeth, who settled in Pennsylvania in 1746 with their nine children, Anna Maria Wiser, who emigrated from Saarland to Pennsylvania in 1754.
