His son, Joseph Edler ver Prochazka, Imperial and Royal Gubernial (Gubernialrath) Councillor and District Captain of Klattau, was elevated to the hereditary Austrian knighthood in 1818 as a Knight of the Imperial Austrian Order of Leopold, in accordance with the statutes of this order; at the same time, he received the Incolat in the knighthood of the Kingdom of Bohemia. Knight Josef Prochazka received the hereditary Austrian knighthood in 1836 as Imperial and Royal Privy Councillor, Gubernial Vice President and Chief Land Clerk in the Kingdom of Bohemia, as well as Commander of the Imperial Austrian Order of Leopold, in accordance with the statutes of the order.
