Jean Dolbeau, a missionary from Anjou, who was born in 1586 and was ordained as a priest in 1615. He left with the first missionaries of the order sent to Canada and in 1618 he became Provincial Commissary of the mission. He also built a convent in Quebec in 1620. Henri-Ferdinand Dolbeau, son of a beer brewer, was born in Paris in 1830 and became a doctor. In 1854 he was an anatomy aide at the medical school, where he was employed. In 1858 he was...
