Migration of the Itterman family

Some of the first settlers of this family name or some of its variants were: Philipp, Johannes, Jacob, Cyriacus, and Christian Georg Itter, who belonged to the Hessian troops who fought in the American Revolution and afterwards settled in North America. Heinrich Ittermann and P. and Marie Ittermeyer arrived in New York in 1865. Conrad Itter settled in Philadelphia in 1860.
