Research into passenger and immigration lists has revealed some of the very first Kingsmants to arrive in North America: Robert Kingsman, who sailed to New England in 1633. Henry Kingman journeyed to Massachusetts in 1635 with his wife and five children. Lee Kingman sailed to Virginia in 1650.
