1. Enrollment in the Program

Each applicant will complete and submit the House of Names.com affiliate registration form. We will evaluate the application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We will evaluate the web site you intend to use for our affiliate program and may reject your application if we deem that your site is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include those that:

• promote sexually explicit matierials
• promote violence
• promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
• promote illegal activities
• violate intellectual property rights

2. Links from your site to House of Names.com

We will provide you with a choice of several graphical links, or you may use a text link. We will provide you with HTML code that creates a "referrer link" to our site. The information in this referrer link allows us to track orders that originated at your site. It is up to the applicant to make sure the referrer link is operating properly. You will only earn revenue from sales that come through to us with the "referrer link" information attached.

3. Order Processing

We will process all orders placed by customers who follow a referrer link from your web-site to HouseofNames.com We reserve the right to not process any order at our discretion. We will process customer payments, ship the product, handle any returns, and handle customer service. We will track sales made through the affiliate program and will make available to you reports of sales activity.

4. Referal Fees

We will pay you a 20% of the list price (not including shipping, handling, or taxes) on the Houseofnames.com web site in $U.S. dollars for any eligible product sale made through the referrer link from your web site to our web site. An eligible product sale is one where the customer has paid in full, and accepted the shipped product.
We will pay your referal fees on a monthly basis. However, if the referral fees payable to you for any month are less than $25.00, we will hold payment until the total due is at least $25.00. If a product that generated a referal fee is returned by a customer, we will deduct the corresponding fee from the next month payment.

5. Pricing and product descriptions

We reserve the right to change prices, product choices and product descriptions at any time; therefore you may not list price information on your web-site. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to present accurate information on our web site, but cannot guarantee the availability or price of any of our products.

6. Responsibility for your web site

We disclaim all liability relating to the development, operation, maintenance, and contents of your site.

7. Terms of the Agreement

The terms of this Agreement begin with our notifying you of acceptance of your application. The program will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
Upon termination of the agreement for any reason, you will remove all referrer links to our site, and all House of Names trademarks and logos.You will receive payment of any referrer fees earned through to the date of termination. We may withhold this final payment for a reasonable amount of time to ensure that the corresponding orders are not cancelled or returned by the customers.
We may modify any terms or conditions of this agreement by posting the change on our web site. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continuing participation in the program following a change notice on our web site will constitute acceptance of the change.

8. Disclaimers

We make no express or implied warranties with respect to our affiliate program. We make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interuptions or errors.
