Some of the first settlers of this family name or some of its variants were: Johann Christian Schiller, who arrived in Philadelphia in 1749; as did Johann Ludwig Ernst Schiller in 1754; August Benjamin Schiller arrived in Canada at the age of 25 in 1783.
