Where did the English Trickett family come from? What is the English Trickett family crest and coat of arms? When did the Trickett family first arrive in the United States? Where did the various branches of the family go? What is the Trickett family history?

The name Trickett was more than likely a local name derived from land holding in Middlesex but another reference suggests that the name could have been a baptismal name as in "the son of Trigot." [1] There is some evidence that the name could have been derived from the Norman-Picard names Trichet , Trichot or Trichard. [2]
