I have since recommended your products to all my friends. They saw ours and commented how great they looked. My older brother and sister researched our family tree and found that two families from Wales sailed from Liverpool, England for the New World, arriving in Jamestown, Virginia about November 1720. I would just like to commend your company on a Job well done. Your staff went above and beyond the call of duty with my order to ensure it was perfect. It was an anniversary gift for my husband on our first (traditon Paper) wedding anniversary. The suggestion to purchase a coat of arms was made by a family friend and we could not have anticipated how much knowledge and research your company had put into the history behind the name.
To say that the gift was appreciated and well recieved is putting it mildly. Thank you so much for doing that the packaged arrived two days before our anniversary on the 8th of Dec and my husband loved it. I can not thank you enough for your assistance to make sure this surprise present arrived in time for our first wedding anniversay.
It is Monday the 18th of Dec today and the second packaged just arrived I tried to refuse it but the courier said I couldn't and that I will have to re-send it myself. I will take it down to our local post office in Oxley and see if I can ask them to return to sender for me. I will send you another email to let you know how I got on at the post office.

| | I felt compelled to write and say thank you for shipping my order so promptly, I was informed it would be 5-10 weeks to arrive in the UK when I ordered on the 18th March (last Tuesday), so I ordered it well in advance of my fiance's birthday in June, happy to wait the several weeks I was advised it would take. Consequently I was taken aback when it was delivered in perfect condition this morning, which means I can give it to my fiance tomorrow on our anniversary. I couldn't be happier with this! The armorial history itself is beautifully presented and very interesting, and I am sure he will love it when he sees it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your site to anybody.
