Migration of the Vilchis family

Some of the first settlers of this family name or some of its variants were: Virgida Villegas who immigrated to the Spanish Main in 1567; Gil De Villegas who came to New Spain in 1575; and Diego De Villegas who arrived in Dominican Republic in 1576.
