Early Notables of the Chaussee family

Notable amongst the family in this period was Francois Chaussier, born in Dijon in 1746, who became a doctor. He is the author of many works of anatomy as well as observations on different crimes. Hector Chaussier passed his doctorate thesis in 1827 and qualified as an obstetrician.
